And I’m no stranger to to how Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s can contribute to gaining weight, feeling frumpy, well, anything but sexy.
When I first tried to lose the weight, it wouldn’t budge.
I tried everything: Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, detoxes, shakes, counting carbs, fat, calories, you name it…
I also tried those super-rigid unrealistic Hashimoto’s diet protocols that require hardcore willpower and discipline and crazy expensive supplements. The “cure” seemed worse than my thyroid symptoms, my muffin top, and my back fat!
And none of it worked.
After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on what MY body and hormones needed… not random diet fads from people online who aren’t even certified.
I knew I didn’t want to feel that way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Feeling miserable was not an option anymore. Buying a wardrobe in a bigger size was not an option. Being constantly exhausted was not an option.
I was all in.
So I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to find answers.
And I finally cracked the code.
I lost 20 pounds and no longer need an IV drip of coffee to function.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realized I HAD to help other women do the same. So I earned my health coaching certification.
If you’re tired of researching and trying and failing and ending up in the same exact place....
I have something for you :-)
Having a proven, step-by-step plan you can follow— regardless of how many diets you’ve tried and failed — gives you the confidence that this won’t be like the other attempts... that you’ll finally stick with it and create lasting change.
Plus, it allows you to skip over the expensive mistakes I made, and all of the crazy restrictive diets, boatloads of supplements, and relentless hardcore workouts.
